Pet Guidelines At the time of this post the condo association allows 2 pets per unit with a weight limit of 25 lbs. There are breed restrictions so we can check to make sure that you will be within the restrictions.
Rental Guidelines – At the time of this post the rules are a minimum 90 day rental and this is limited to 3 times per year. There are some additional guidelines so again, we can check with the association.
