Our Property Management Services
1. Find a tenant for your property, by advertising your property For Lease both locally and nationally.
2. Run both a credit and criminal background check on prospective tenants for your protection.
3. Fill out the lease , hold the security deposit in escrow as per Florida Statutes.
4. Collect the rent each month and either send you a check or deposit it in a financial institution. (See 5)
5. We can deposit your net rental income in a financial institution if you are using one of the following banks:
Bank of America, Wells Fargo, SunTrust, Regions, Patriot, Synovus
6. Handle tenant questions and concerns plus take care of minor problems before they become large ones if possible.
7. Have available access to a home warranty on your property to take care of most repairs.
8.Walk thru checklist for the property when a tenant moves out before releasing a security deposit.
9. At this time we handle both condos and single family homes.
10. Currently management is limited to annual rentals.
